Annual Reports and Business
Plans
I have produced
many Annual Reports for local and regional corporations. The Reports contain
visual summaries of the coprorate plan plus all the market analysis, competitive
strategies and Financial summaries. Many of these companies have used the Annual
Reports to help obtain and reinforce their corporate Bank line of credit. A
solid presentation is important to investors as well as financial partners in
strengthening the relationship.

In the formative years of First Home Builders the growth of the company was
based upon minimal capitalization and establishing and growing financial
relationships as well as growing lines of credit was critical to the growth of
the company. I did all the marketing and advertising for First Home
during this 4 year period, garnering many awards but more importantly growing
the company to the largest home builder on Florida's west coast, and one of the
nations top 100
I produced several Annual reports and Investor Strategy Reports
while growing the company from 50 sales per year to more than 800 sales per
year.

USHOME ,
is a public company, and although we did not do the national annual report, the
local divisions were in need of a stylish Division Annual Report which they used
to demonstrate the growth of the division, the local market and the competitive
plan for growth of the division. I was fortunate to have
been asked to produce this 53 page, hard-bound annual, which was extremely well
received and received National Attention.

  
As with 2005, the 2006 Division
Annual Report had a theme of "Race for Even Flow" and a special race theme.
Again with 53 pages we did two versions, One with a hard-bound cover for
executives, and another with a soft cover for every employee.

I have written
and produced dozens of Sales Manuals, Critical Path Policies, Corporate
Policy Manuals, and other corporate publications designed not only as
Marketing, but as company organizational pieces. |

I had the distinct honor of producing the entire Nationally Award
Winning TDH-10 Customer Care program for USHOME. It included a
72 page staff training manual, 48" wide sales display boards, and Fold Out
"Game-Board" customer handouts. It was so popular that we duplicated
it for multiple divisions, and made a version for the LENNAR companies, who
were at this time still separate from USHOME. |

Most home builders need much more than
just marketing materials, they need organizational materials, Sales and training
manuals, reports, financial statements, and corporate stability materials.
The above just represents the covers, when in fact each has more than 50 pages
of support pages.

I have also published several magazines for local and regional entities.
Florida Golfer was partially owned by Sam Snead and J.C. Snead neither of which
wanted to actually do the work., Joe Schwantes wrote
most of the stories, took much of the photography, and did the layout and
production.

I also was asked to do
the Production
and organizational work on most of the original nine Guardian Title Snapshot
programs. I also did the 2-1/2 hour Power Point Presentation
with more than 235 frames.
The snapshot ultimately became the
NewsPress Market Watch.

Rotlund Homes, is one of the largest Home builders in the upper midwest states,
including Minnesota, Iowa etc. I did all the Marketing and
advertising for their Southwest Florida Division and earned the trust of the
owners to the extent that they asked us to produce their annual report.
Masterpiece also did work for Rottlund Homes in their Tampa Division
