Newspaper Ads
We have done literally thousands of Newspaper ads for the Home Building Industry. There have been weekends where we have had as many as 15 different Builder ads in Florida Newspapers. I wish I had saved them all, but here are some examples of a few ads from Naples, Fort Myers, and Tampa.

 
In these Lennar Ads, the Black background theme was a corporate mandate, the Florida West Coast President of Lennar hired me to Liven up the theme and provide a more graphic "Pop"

Because Masterpiece Marketing has represented large Home Builders, they want to expose many communities in one ad, these are called "Umbrella" Ads, and here are just a few of the many we have done...

This ad for Renaissance, is a composition of more than 12 photos shot at different times and combined into one image. There are no two parts of this ad that were part of the same photo...

We were fortunate to do all the advertising and creative for Beazer Homes for more than 6 years, including a Pinnacle Award for Best Overall Marketing Campaign... We did both the Southwest Florida Division and the Tampa Division and some of our Jingles and layouts were used in other divisions.
